A herniated, or a slipped, disk occurs when all or part of a spinal disk is intensely forced through a weakened part of the disk. This places pressure on nearby nerves. The lower back (lumbar area) of the spine is the most common area for a slipped disk. These disks may become herniated (move out of place) or rupture from trauma or strain. When this happens, the spinal nerves may become compressed, resulting in pain, numbness, or even weakness. The cervical, also known as neck, disks are affected 8% of the time. The upper-to-mid-back (thoracic) disks are rarely involved. The spinal vertebrae are separated by disks filled with a soft, gelatinous substance. These disks cushion the spinal column and space between your vertebrae.

Lower back or neck pain can widely vary. It may feel like a mild tingle, dull pain, or a burning or pulsating sensation. In some scenarios, the pain is severe enough that you are unable to move or get out of your seat. You may also have numbness. Although, most of the pain occurs on one side of the body and when it happens, it happens slowly. It could get worse while standing or sitting, mainly at night time, awhile sneezing, coughing, or laughing and expanding muscular contractions, when bending backwards or walking just over a few yards, especially if the pain is caused by “Spinal Stenosis”.

Medications, there are plenty. Cures, there are few. Which to choose? After intense conducted research, throughout many companies in today’s market we have found the best source of equipment and information to relieve you from your life altering back pain.

Most untreatable back pain requires surgery in order to be cured. Surgery on a herniated disc is one of the most common and most unnecessary surgeries performed on patients today. Many patients are forced to go thru expensive surgeries to relieve the lumbar disc pain caused by a herniated disc that could not be eased through extensive treatments and rehabilitation. Also known as a slipped or ruptured disc, a herniated disc requires rehabilitation and is identified when one of the spinal discs begins to bulge or break open.

Are you sick of unresponsive rehabilitation treatments? There is only one way of achieving truly effective results during rehabilitation. Inversion table treatment and exercises are the best solution available for rehydrating a herniated disc. There are 26 vertebrae in the back and through compression and the force of gravity, they can become offset and can even cause dehydration of the discs. The only way to completely relieve the standing pressure on your vertebrae and discs is to become inverted. Even during bed-rest there is still 20% of the standing weight being held on the back.

Most forms of rehab have minimal positive effects, if any at all. Maximizing your lumbar disc treatment can be achieved easily, and in the privacy of your own home. For a fraction of the amount spent on surgery and therapy, you can provide yourself with premium exercise equipment that specializes in back pain and disc relief. Increased damage to a herniated disc can lead to sciatica and possibly eventual immobility. This can be prevented by performing effortless inversion exercises only once a day in the convenience of your own home.
